The objective of this research was to evaluate weights and percentages of some organs in relation to live weight at slaughter (LWS), empty body weight (EBW) and total organs production (TOP) of intact 1/2 Ile de France 1/2 Polwarth male lambs. The lambs were finished in feedlot and fed diets with roughage:concentrate ratios of 50:50 and 30:70 and slaughtered at 30 or 34 kg.
