The aim of this experiment was to test the effects of two extenders (Glucose 5% and Coconut Water) and two thawing rates (60ºC during 5 seconds and 50ºC during 10 seconds) for semen of Piracanjuba (Brycon orbygnianus, Vallencienens, 1849).
